Seaquest Woolacombe is set right in the heart of the quaint village of Woolacombe in North Devon. Famous for its award winning golden sands and famous for its surfing beaches which is thought to be one of the best in the world. Seaquest offers the unique opportunity for families, surfers, walkers and people looking for that relaxing idyllic break by the sea. Available for weekend and weekly use. Longer rentals are available on request. Small dogs are welcome at the discretion of the owner.
COVID-19 Restrictions/Bookings Summer 2021
Due to the current Covid-19 pandemic we are taking bookings for this season following strict Government guidelines through the Lock-down phases. If bookings have to be cancelled due to going back into another Lock-down then a full refund will be given.
If you have to go into self isolation or you cancel the holiday at very short notice then a partial/no refund (owners discretion) will be given
Only book this holiday if you are sure you are able to attend! Be also aware that Woolacombe is a very small coastal village and it does get very very busy in the summer months! Remember social distancing still will probably be a thing!

2 bedroom self-contained apartment with en-suite to master bedroom and family bathroom. Twin bedroom that has a lock and click function to join the two single beds together to make a sizeable double. Family bathroom has bath and shower .
Open plan living/kitchen areaWith all accessories and amenities one would expect from a holiday property such as microwave, washing machine, ironing board, hairdryer,
Unlimited Wi-Fi throughout the property with smart TV that includes Netflix. Sofa bed in the lounge pulls out to accommodate two more guests so potentially could sleep up to 6 but will be a tight squeeze.
Linen and towels are provided and to be left at the property on departure. Arrival time is strictly 3 pm and departure is strictly 10 am to allow for the cleaner to come in and clean for the next guests.
Smoking is prohibited in the property at any time. Parking space is provided for flat 12. Only one car can be brought to the property at any one time.
People do live in the flats permanently so we would ask all guests to be considerate of noise. Consideration especially first thing in the morning and last thing at night as this is a second floor property.
Strictly no stag or hen parties are allowed in the premises.
